AI Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a AI Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.
This role will own technical product execution for AI-powered customer implementations, with a strong focus on turning complex data and integration requirements into scalable solutions. The position will partner closely with services, support, engineering, and customer stakeholders to drive successful rollout, adoption, and renewal outcomes. It is well suited for a product leader who can operate with technical depth, sound judgment, and a bias to action in an evolving AI environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $275,000 – $300,000 annually
Responsibilities
Deploy the company's AI solution in customer environments, managing the full engagement process
Define and document implementation requirements validated against customer data
Resolve blockers across support, engineering, and customer IT teams
Lead technical implementation of AI agents, including data mapping and configuration
Support rollout of AI agents alongside the services team
Construct ROI models and present value narratives to customer leadership
Lead renewal reviews and define workflows to drive customer goals
Qualifications
3-5 years of product management experience with complex, integration-heavy software
Exceptional relationship and communication skills with senior stakeholders
Experience with AI native services, distributed systems, and ML models
Hands-on technical fluency in data modeling, APIs, and SQL
Sound judgment under ambiguity and ability to make recommendations without complete information
Comfort in owning outcomes across cross-functional teams
A bias to action and willingness to innovate before full productization
