Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Maintain candidate and employee records and HR documentation.
Handle onboarding, attendance, leave, probation, and employee coordination.
Support payroll inputs, HR policies, and performance management.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for technical and non-technical positions.
Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and workplace discipline.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred.

Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good recruitment, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of MS Office, HR/recruitment platforms, and basic HR processes.
Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and responsible.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Experience in Engineering, Construction, BIM, or Infrastructure recruitment is an advantage.
