Presales Solution Architect – AI & Generative AI

About the Role
We are looking for a Presales Solution Architect - AI & Generative AI to drive AI-led opportunities, support client engagements, and design innovative AI solutions. The role involves working closely with sales, delivery, and domain teams to build compelling proposals, PoCs, demos, and solution architectures for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead AI/GenAI solutioning for client opportunities and strategic pursuits.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify use cases and define business value.
Prepare solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, and estimates.
Design end-to-end AI architecture using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and intelligent automation.
Build PoCs, demos, and reusable AI accelerators to support deal conversions.
Conduct customer workshops, capability presentations, and solution discussions.
Stay updated on emerging AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI trends.
Required Skills
Strong experience in AI/ML and Generative AI solutioning and presales.
Hands-on knowledge of LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Llama.
Experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, and Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.).
Strong Python programming skills.
Good understanding of Azure OpenAI, AWS, GCP, and enterprise AI platforms.
Experience in preparing proposals, customer presentations, and executive-level discussions.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AI copilots, conversational AI, and multi-modal AI solutions.
Exposure to MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Knowledge of Responsible AI and AI governance frameworks.

Ability to articulate complex AI concepts to business and executive audiences.
