Senior Data Analytics Engineer – STB & Databricks

Key Responsibilities
Analyze STB telemetry and device logs to identify issues, trends, anomalies, and root causes.
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, Python scripts, and PySpark workflows in Databricks.
Define and validate KPIs for device performance, firmware upgrades, reboots, crashes, and issue recurrence.
Use AI tools and machine learning techniques to automate analysis and improve insights.
Build dashboards and reports to support engineering and business decisions.
Collaborate with firmware, QA, product, and data engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
Ensure data accuracy, scalability, and reliability of analytical solutions.
