Senior Brand & Customer Manager – Cardiovascular Diseases

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Brand & Customer Manager to join our Pharma organization in Hungary, focusing on the Cardiovascular Diseases area. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the fastest-developing therapeutic areas, working with innovative products, solutions, and services that help healthcare professionals make a meaningful difference for patients.
In this role, you will collaborate with a broad range of healthcare professionals, including cardiologists, internists, and hospital pharmacists, while working closely with local cross-functional teams as well as Global and Regional stakeholders. The position offers a strong platform to further develop your project management capabilities, build your professional network, and contribute to the successful delivery of customer-focused brand strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies with a strong focus on customer needs and value-based solutions
Identify key business priorities to support growth and profitability
Implement regionally and locally developed customer solutions through both the sales force and omnichannel channels, in close alignment with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Policy teams
Collaborate closely with scientific leaders and key external stakeholders
Contribute strategic input to the global and regional teams on customer strategy and brand strategy, including preparation for launches of new products and indications
Support the development of agile, digital, and data-driven capabilities
Create marketing materials, tools, services, and training programs for the sales force, and ensure proper tracking and follow-up
Lead congress planning and event execution

Experience and Qualifications:
3–5 years of proven experience in Pharma industry roles
University or Master’s degree; a background in Health Sciences is an advantage
Business proficiency in English
Native-level or business-proficient Hungarian
Strong forecasting skills are a definite advantage
