Product Manager Branch & CSC Engagement

Summary:
The Branch & CSC Channel Engagement Product Manager is responsible for improving the customer and colleague experience across Branch and Customer Solution Center channels. This role will support operational execution, identify process improvement opportunities, manage daily complaint reviews, coordinate engagement initiatives, and deliver reporting that helps leaders understand trends, risks, and opportunities across the Southern Market.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Analyzes and reviews processes in order to recommend changes to maximize profitability.
Provides bank personnel with information and training necessary to successfully promote the product.
Acts as liaison to marketing groups and legal and compliance personnel as appropriate.
Perform daily complaint management reviews to identify emerging themes, customer pain points, colleague knowledge gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
Build and deliver report readouts for branch leaders, CSC partners, and Southern Market stakeholders that summarize performance trends, complaint insights, engagement results, and recommended actions.
Maintains an awareness of new trends and developments in marketing and products.
Some travel may be required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of branch banking experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong PC skills
Excellent presentation and communications skills
Strong analytical skills
