Asst. Engineer/ Engineer / Sr. Engineer (Pellet) @ Jindal Saw Limited, Bhilwara
Location: Bhilwara, Rajasthan
Department: Pellet
Desired Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. / Diploma (Mechanical) /B. Tech (Mechanical)
Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years in Pellet Plant / Sponge Iron operations /, preferably in the Iron & Steel industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor and manage Pellet Plant operations.
Assist the Shift In charge in day-to-day operations, ensuring safe and efficient running of the plant.
Maintain key operating parameters to achieve targeted output and control product quality.
Supervise and coordinate raw material handling, proportioning, and mixing.
Ensure smooth functioning of ID Fan, FD Fan, ESP, dedusting system, and water complex operations.
Maintain strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and reliability
Any Other Skill / Attribute:
Strong understanding of Pellet Plant / Sponge Iron processes and equipment functioning.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot operational issues.
Ability to work under pressure and manage operational challenges effectively.
Team-oriented with willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Personality Traits:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
