Job Summary
We are looking for a Lead Engineer with strong expertise in ASP.NET development and the ability to lead and mentor a team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable web applications while driving technical excellence and project success.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain applications using ASP.NET, C#, and .NET technologies.
Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance.
Review code and ensure adherence to development best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Required Skills
6 to 8 years of experience in ASP.NET development.
Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC/.NET Core, Web APIs, and SQL Server.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful services.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience in leading teams and driving project deliverables.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to cloud platforms and modern development practices.
Must Have: Strong ASP.NET development experience and team leadership capability.
