About the Role
Innowell Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior MEP BIM Modeler with expertise in HVAC, Electrical, PHE, and FPS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing BIM models while ensuring compliance with project standards, quality requirements, and project delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed BIM models for HVAC Electrical, Plumbing PHE, and FPS using Revit MEP.
Create layouts, schematics, sections, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
Perform multidisciplinary BIM coordination with Architectural, Structural, and other MEP disciplines.
Conduct clash detection and coordinate issue resolution using Navisworks.
Develop and maintain BIM models in accordance with project requirements and LOD 300/400/500 standards.
Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans, modeling standards, and QA/QC procedures.
Review and interpret MEP drawings, design documents, and technical specifications.
Collaborate with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and project stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Support and mentor junior BIM Modelers during project execution.
Deliver high-quality BIM deliverables within project schedules.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 4+ years of experience in MEP BIM Modeling.
Strong hands-on experience in Revit MEP.
Proficiency in Navisworks and AutoCAD.
Expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing PHE & FPS.
Proven experience in clash detection and multidisciplinary model coordination.
Experience in preparing shop drawings and construction documentation.
Strong understanding of BIM workflows, industry standards, and QA/QC processes.
Ability to read, interpret, and develop models from MEP drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of LOD 400 and LOD 500 requirements will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience working on Middle East or international projects is preferred.
Previous experience with MEP contractors, BIM consultancies, or engineering firms is advantageous.
Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Sivakasi / Rajapalayam.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
Site exposure is beneficial but not mandatory.
Educational Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
