🎓 Eligibility:
B.Tech Degree or Polytechnic Diploma (Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related technical fields).
📈 Experience:
Professionals with hands-on experience in telecommunications, ISP operations, or technical customer support are highly preferred.
Freshers with strong foundational networking knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills are absolutely welcome and encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide front-line technical support and troubleshooting for network and broadband customers.
Log, diagnose, and resolve technical service tickets efficiently.
Communicate effectively with clients to guide them through connectivity solutions.
Coordinate with the broader network operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
