About the Role:
Hire Talent is conducting a search on behalf of our client, a mid-sized data, AI and software services consulting firm. We are looking for a Smartsheet Developer/Solutions Consultant to join the team supporting a growing portfolio of client engagements.
This is a long-term, direct hire remote opportunity ideal for someone with a strong background in Smartsheet development and consulting. The selected candidate will work as part of a collaborative delivery team supporting client projects in partnership with Smartsheet.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop advanced Smartsheet-based solutions, including dashboards, forms, automated workflows, and reports
Implement Smartsheet premium apps; support testing, documentation, training, and user adoption
Work closely with account executives, solutions engineers and fellow consultants to deliver high-quality solutions
Contribute to internal best practices, reusable templates, and process improvement initiatives
Ensure client satisfaction and project success through effective delivery
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing Smartsheet solutions, preferably in a consulting environment
Experience building automated workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports
Familiarity with Smartsheet premium features such as Control Center and DataMesh
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Smartsheet integrations via Bridge, APIs, or third-party tools
Smartsheet certifications or related credentials
