Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager/Lead to lead a B2B hotel booking platform used by Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and travel counsellors. The platform aggregates hotel content from multiple sources - including GDS, global OTAs, and local suppliers—and enables fast, reliable hotel bookings at scale.
This role requires a strong balance of customer empathy, business thinking, product execution, and stakeholder leadership in a complex, integration-heavy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
• Own and articulate a clear product vision and narrative, translating business objectives into a compelling roadmap and execution plan.
• Define and manage short-term and long-term product roadmaps aligned with customer needs, commercial priorities, and technical feasibility.
• Act as the primary product voice for internal and external stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
• Engage closely with external customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand needs, validate assumptions, and prioritise outcomes.
• Balance competing priorities across business, technology, operations, and compliance.
Delivery & Execution
• Own and continuously prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value and delivery timelines.
• Work closely with Scrum Masters and engineering teams to plan releases, manage dependencies, and maintain delivery quality.
• Coordinate all stages of product development—from concept and design through release and adoption.
Platform & Quality Ownership
• Develop a deep understanding of the existing platform architecture, integrations, and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability, performance, reliability, and usability.
• Drive measurable improvements in product quality, including reduction of defect backlog and prevention of regressions.
• Ensure security, data protection, and compliance requirements are embedded into product design and delivery.
Process & Ways of Working
• Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of product development standards, processes, and guidelines within an Agile framework.
• Promote effective collaboration across technology, design, operations, and business teams.
Leadership & People Development
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing product and delivery teams.
• Provide regular, clear, and actionable feedback to support individual growth and performance.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
