About the Role:
Rioconn Interactive Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fine Arts graduate with an interest in Graphic Design and Visual Communication. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and visual storytelling, along with a good understanding of design principles.
The candidate will work closely with the creative and design teams to develop visually appealing creatives for digital and print platforms while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Create creative designs, illustrations, and visual concepts for digital and print media.
Design social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, marketing collaterals, and other brand communication materials.
Translate creative briefs into engaging and visually appealing designs.
Collaborate with graphic designers, social media executives, and the creative team to execute design requirements.
Apply knowledge of colour theory, typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Maintain brand consistency across different design formats and platforms.
Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to refine designs.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of creative assets.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, creative techniques, and visual communication styles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Basic to good understanding of graphic design principles and visual aesthetics.
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Understanding of typography, colour combinations, composition, layout design, and image editing.
Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail and visual presentation.
Ability to understand creative briefs and follow brand guidelines.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
A portfolio showcasing graphic design work, illustrations, academic projects, or other creative work is preferred.
