About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer with 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking, specialising in wireless infrastructure, Wi-Fi architecture, security, and performance optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and optimise enterprise Wi-Fi and WLAN infrastructure.
Conduct RF site surveys using tools such as Ekahau.
Configure and manage Cisco Meraki, Aruba Central, and Juniper Mist platforms.
Implement wireless security using 802.1X, WPA3-Enterprise, and RADIUS.
Troubleshoot complex wireless connectivity, roaming, and performance issues.
Automate network operations using Python or Ansible.
Monitor network performance and collaborate with global IT and security teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering experience with a strong wireless specialisation.
Knowledge of Wi-Fi 5/6/6E/7, RF fundamentals, and roaming protocols.
Experience with routing, switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, OSPF/BGP, DHCP, DNS, and network security.
Hands-on experience with enterprise WLAN platforms and packet analysis tools such as Wireshark.
Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Ansible for network automation is desirable.
CWNP, CCNP Enterprise, CCNA Wireless, or Aruba certifications are preferred.
Preferred Experience
High-density wireless environments such as offices, campuses, warehouses, and auditoriums.
Wi-Fi asset tracking, location-based services, and IoT wireless technologies such as BLE and Zigbee.
