About Us
Zenjob https://www.zenjob.com/de/ueber-uns/ is a Berlin-based job portal with the goal of empowering the workforce of tomorrow with innovative technology. We envision a world where everyone has complete control over their work life. Even today, part-time workers can decide when, where, and how they want to work with just a few clicks. Our service is available in over 30 cities in Germany, over 5 cities in the Netherlands, and with our upcoming launch in the UK, we aim to expand into further international markets. Our $50 million (€45 million) funding round in February 2022 will enable us to achieve our goals: accelerating our expansion across Europe, scaling our platform, and delivering new data-driven automation features for our rapidly growing customer base.
The position

- Every new joiner starts with a working laptop and the right access on day one, and every leaver's access and hardware come back.
- Our asset inventory and hardware stock match reality.
- Colleagues solve common issues themselves with guides you wrote.
This is what you bring with you
- Enrolled at a university in Germany for at least the next 12 months
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting macOS and Windows
- Experience supporting non-technical users, in IT or another service role
- Careful handling of accounts, access and personal data
- Fluent English; German is a plus
Nice to have
- Exposure to Okta, an MDM such as Kandji or Jamf, or a ticketing system
- You have built small tools with AI coding assistants and know where they can break
Practical Details
- Working hours: 16–20 hours per week during the semester
- Location: Berlin office, with at least 3 days per week on-site
- Duration: Minimum commitment of 12 months
- Compensation: €16–18 per hour
We offer this
- An open and great team that will support you from day one.
