About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Odoo Developer with strong expertise in ERP development, cloud technologies, and AI-powered automation. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing Odoo customization, third-party integrations, and automation solutions to enhance business efficiency.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules.
Manage and optimize HR, CRM, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, and Accounting modules.
Develop workflows, reports, and automated processes using Python.
Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, APIs, and AI tools.
Implement AI-driven automation to streamline business operations.
Handle cloud deployment, server configuration, and application performance.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize ERP performance.
Lead Odoo development initiatives and ensure efficient implementation of business requirements.
🔹 Required Skills
4–5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
Strong knowledge of Python, Odoo ORM, and PostgreSQL.
Proficiency in XML, JavaScript, QWeb, and REST APIs.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Understanding of AI automation, LLM APIs, and workflow automation.
Familiarity with Linux, Git, Docker, and deployment processes.
Ability to independently manage development projects and solve complex technical challenges.
