Role Responsibilities
Lead large-scale multimodal AI annotation projects from start to finish
Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality project delivery
Oversee project timelines and budget management efficiently
Facilitate data-driven decision-making throughout project phases
Coordinate with teams to maintain performance and quality standards
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align project goals
Adapt to fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and scope changes
Requirements
7+ years of overall experience in relevant fields
4+ years of team leadership experience in complex projects
Strong skills in client communication and stakeholder management
Familiarity with performance metrics for effective project evaluation
Experience in annotation, data labeling, or AI training preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
Demonstrated capability to manage high-volume project demands
