Work Location: Kannur, Kerala
Market: Qatar
Experience: 3+ years in e-commerce / marketplace management

Main Role
The primary responsibility is to increase orders and sales from the Qatar marketplace. The candidate will manage sellers, products, pricing, and marketplace activities to achieve sales and order targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop strategies to increase Qatar marketplace orders and sales.
• Identify and onboard new sellers and complete the seller onboarding process.
• Add and manage products, pricing, stock, and catalogue information.
• Communicate with sellers and improve their sales performance.
• Identify high-potential products and opportunities to increase sales.
• Monitor seller and product performance and take necessary action.
• Analyse competitor pricing, products, and market trends.
• Maintain strong relationships with sellers and handle marketplace issues.
• Track orders, sales, and revenue against targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth marketplace operations.
Key Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce / marketplace management.
• Strong experience in seller management and marketplace operations.
• Strong sales and target-oriented mindset.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Ability to analyse marketplace performance and take action to improve sales.
• Leadership or team management experience is an advantage.
Main KPI
Increase Qatar marketplace orders, sales, sellers, and overall marketplace revenue.
