Role Description The Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for real estate developments in Mumbai in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role includes planning project timelines and budgets, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards. The individual will manage construction schedules, monitor site progress, handle expediting of materials and approvals, and resolve issues that may impact project delivery. The Senior Project Manager will lead project teams, conduct regular site inspections, prepare status reports for leadership, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting experience in construction or real estate.
Candidates should possess skills in Inspection and quality control to ensure adherence to technical, safety, and regulatory standards.
Candidates should possess Logistics Management capabilities to coordinate materials, vendors, and site deliveries efficiently.
Candidates should possess experience in team leadership, stakeholder coordination, and vendor management.
Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field are preferred.
Prior experience managing large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects in Mumbai or similar urban environments is highly beneficial.
Candidates should possess strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
