Position: Quality Lead
Type: Contract
Compensation: $19 - $25/hr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of reviewers in quality assurance
Ensure adherence to complex guidelines throughout the project
Provide clear communication and constructive feedback to team members
Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project requirements
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Facilitate training sessions for new reviewers on best practices
Requirements
3 5 years of overall experience in quality assurance
At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring team members
Strong attention to detail in following complex guidelines
Effective communication skills for clear feedback delivery
Experience in QA, annotation, data labeling, or AI training data preferred
Availability to work five days a week, including weekends if needed
Ability to work within the set hours of 7am-4pm PST
