About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to join the private foundation of an established global business leader, with a significant philanthropic commitment to health research.
We are looking for a Programme Manager to support the management and evaluation of a select number of our funded initiatives. You will be deeply involved in its progress, its partners and its outcomes, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with agreed objectives.
This is a high-trust, high-exposure role in a small, ambitious team. You will work closely with senior leadership and with world-class clinicians, research institutions and healthcare providers. The right candidate will be exceptionally organised, discreet and intellectually curious, and comfortable working in a dynamic, early-stage environment.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Management
Support the day-to-day management of a select number of funded initiatives, tracking progress against milestones, budgets and deliverables
Act as the main liaison with physicians, clinics and pharmacies, making sure results and next steps are followed up promptly
Accompany medical consultations when required, documenting key outcomes and explaining medical information in clear, accessible terms
Coordinate preventative and wellbeing services, including routine health assessments and diagnostics
Identify and evaluate specialist providers and services, and oversee the related healthcare administration
Maintain accurate, confidential records across programmes and health matters
Support monitoring and evaluation frameworks across the portfolio
Help with financial administration, including reviewing partner financial reports and flagging anomalies
Grantee & Partner Relations
Act as a point of contact for funded partners and grantees under your coverage, supporting the development of constructive, trust-based relationships
Coordinate partner communications and follow-ups, ensuring timely responses and clear information flows
Participate in site visits to partner institutions, including international travel, as required
Where the opportunity arises, undertake secondments to partner institutions for extended periods, working hands-on within project teams to support delivery
Organisational Contribution
Provide coordination and administrative support across the Foundation's programmes, partners and grants, as priorities develop
Help improve processes and tools across the organisation
Provide research, analysis and briefing support to senior colleagues
About You
Experience & Skills
3–7 years in programme, project or healthcare coordination, ideally in clinical, research, private medical, family office or non-profit settings
Early-career candidates who are ready to step up are strongly encouraged to apply
Confident working with medical professionals and handling health information
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage several workstreams and meet deadlines consistently
Clear, confident communicator in English and French, both written and spoken
Willingness to undertake occasional international travel, including potential secondments
