This time, we're looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist / Campaign Developer to join the team of a fast-growing marketing automation agency headquartered in the Netherlands.

What will you be doing?
Build, execute and optimize email marketing and automated customer journeys.
Work with marketing automation platforms such as SAP Emarsys and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Translate marketing objectives and business requirements into effective technical campaign solutions.
Create customer segments and personalized campaigns using customer data.
Advise colleagues and clients on campaign capabilities, database structures and technical possibilities.
Test, troubleshoot and continuously improve campaign performance.
Participate in client meetings and contribute ideas for new campaigns and improvements.
Take ownership of your work, from initial concept to successful execution.
What are we looking for?
Several years of professional experience in email marketing, marketing automation or campaign development.
Hands-on experience with SAP Emarsys and Microsoft Dynamics 365 marketing automation solutions.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization and data management.
Experience configuring and executing automated marketing campaigns.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English or Dutch.
A proactive, independent mindset and willingness to take responsibility.
Curiosity and a genuine passion for marketing technology.

4-day or 5-day working week — choose between 32 and 40 hours.
