About Us
The Hub of Culture is a multi-disciplinary movement bringing together the best of sport, dance, and culture. We work with inspiring athletes, artists, and creators—representing them, building platforms for their growth, and shaping unique experiences and communities around them.
Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Associate (1–2 years PQE) to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in driving commercial revenue across our talent roster and proprietary IP assets through outbound lead generation, pitching, deal structuring, and brand partnerships.
What You’ll Do
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively map, target, and reach out to marketing leads, brand managers, and agency partners to build a solid sales pipeline.
Talent Commercials: Pitch brands for endorsement deals, social campaigns, sponsorships, and appearance opportunities for our talent roster.
IP Sponsorships: Source and secure brand integrations, title/co-sponsorships, and experiential activations for our sports and culture properties.
Pitch Creation & Proposals: Work with internal teams to build customized, high-impact pitch decks and commercial proposals.
Negotiation & Closing: Structure commercial terms, outline key deliverables, and close deals in alignment with internal agency frameworks.
Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with brand partners and agencies to support seamless campaign execution and repeat business.
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years PQE in business development, sales, or commercial partnerships within sports marketing, talent management, experiential agencies, or culture/media IPs.
A genuine passion for sports, dance, fitness, or creative movement.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A people-first attitude with great communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with Google Workspace, email communication, and basic Excel/Sheets.
Compensation
As per industry standards for entry-level/early-career roles (Base Salary + Performance-linked Revenue Incentives).
To Apply
Email your resume and a short note on why this role excites you to careers@thehubofculture.com. Bonus points if you share your favorite athlete/performer and what inspires you about them.
