Role Description The Software Developer role at Real Soft Systems is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The Software Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain web and software applications that support client projects across websites, apps, and digital experiences. Day-to-day work includes writing clean, efficient code, implementing back-end services and APIs, integrating front-end components, and resolving technical issues and bugs. The role also involves collaborating with designers, product owners, and other developers to refine requirements, improve performance, and ensure secure, scalable solutions. The Software Developer will participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development principles.
Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development, including server-side frameworks and APIs.
Knowledge of databases, data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to debug, optimize, and refactor code for performance and maintainability.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment on-site in Pune.
