About Praans Consultech
Praans Consultech is a labour law compliance and consulting company providing technology-driven compliance management solutions and professional services to businesses across India.
We are looking for a motivated Law Graduate to join our team and work on research and analysis of India’s Labour Codes and applicable labour laws.
Key Responsibilities
Research and analyse the four Labour Codes and applicable Central and State labour laws.
Track new labour law notifications, rules, amendments and government circulars.
Study State-specific labour law requirements and implementation updates.
Prepare legal research notes, compliance updates, summaries and reports.
Assist in developing labour law compliance checklists, registers and documentation.
Support the preparation and updating of labour law compliance resources for our compliance management software.
Verify legal information from official government notifications, Acts and Rules.
Maintain updated records of labour law amendments and regulatory developments.
Eligibility and Skills
LL.B. graduate from a recognised university.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
Basic understanding of labour laws and employment legislation.
Strong legal research, analytical and drafting skills.
Good written communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and online legal research.
Willingness to learn and work on labour law research and compliance projects.
