We are an NSDC Anchor Partner, have signed an MoU with the Government of Uttar Pradesh, and work with schools across the country.
💼 About the Role
As a Founder's Office Associate, you will work directly with our Founder, interact with schools and universities, and contribute to key decisions that shape Vidysea's growth. This is an opportunity to take ownership, learn fast and make a real impact from day one.
🔑 What You'll Do
🏫 School & Student Interactions: Build school partnerships, meet principals and conduct student sessions.
🎯 Counselling: Guide students and parents on careers, courses and admissions.
🎓 University Interactions: Develop partnerships with universities in India and abroad.
📱 Marketing & Creativity: Plan social media content, campaigns and events.
⚙️ Implementation & Logistics: Ensure programmes run smoothly on the ground.
🤝 Founder's Projects: Execute priority projects directly assigned by the Founder.
👤 Who We're Looking For
✅ MBA or PGDM graduate from the 2025 or 2026 batch
✅ Freshers welcome; up to 2 years of experience
✅ Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
✅ Confidence in interacting with principals, parents and senior stakeholders
✅ Proactive attitude, ownership and strong execution skills
✅ Willingness to travel for school and university visits
