Role And Responsibilities
Our client seeks a Consultant or Senior Consultant to support the expanding Human Capital Management (HCM) side of their organization. In this position, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading functional implementations, software configurations, and system data migrations.
Essential Duties Include
Lead System Implementation: Drive end-to-end cloud HCM project workstreams independently, managing client lifecycles through go-live, adoption, and post-implementation support phases.
Configure Solutions: Build and refine high-performing system structures, workflows, data fields, and analytical dashboards tailored to complex organizational needs.
Manage Client Expectations: Act as the primary point of contact for complex issues, resolving conflicts with professional composure and translating technical obstacles into clear, strategic advice.
Ensure Functional Delivery: Bridge the gap between system capabilities and organizational operations by defending project scopes, managing requirements, and minimizing structural gaps.
Provide Professional Mentorship: Support internal practice development by collaborating with peers, sharing configuration lessons learned, and helping elevate team delivery quality.
Job Requirements
UKG Product Architecture Knowledge: Prior functional knowledge and experience configuration with UKG software products (specifically UKG Ready / Kronos Workforce Ready frameworks) is a strict requirement.
Workforce Go! Familiarity: Hands-on familiarity with the Workforce Go! software footprint is highly preferred, though equivalent, adaptable background in foundational UKG configurations will be fully considered.
Consulting Experience: A proven history of participating meaningfully in multiple completed software implementations through successful go-live dates within a dedicated consulting or professional services environment.
Accounting/ERP Exposure: Basic exposure to or understanding of financial management architectures (such as Sage Intacct or Acumatica frameworks) is a significant advantage, particularly regarding payroll-to-general-ledger data flows.
Core Professional Soft Skills: Master-level capability in interpersonal communication, proactive analytical problem-solving, stakeholder expectation management, and independent professional judgment.
