AUX Home Services is looking for an organized, dependable Warehouse Team Leader to help keep our warehouse running smoothly and our service and installation crews prepared.
Our technicians rely on having the right materials at the right time. In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, purchasing coordination, and truck replenishment. You’ll also help set expectations, coordinate daily work, and hold the team accountable.

What you’ll do
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, labeled, and safe.
Receive deliveries, verify quantities and condition, and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory records through regular counts and timely updates.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages and unnecessary overstock.
Prepare materials for service calls and installation jobs.
Coordinate truck restocking so crews have the supplies they need.
Track returns, warranty items, and unused job materials.
Work with technicians, managers, and vendors to resolve material needs.
Coordinate daily warehouse tasks and train employees on proper procedures.
Address recurring problems and improve how materials are stored, issued, and tracked.
What we’re looking for
Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, parts management, or a related role.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
The ability to prioritize competing requests and communicate clearly.
Comfort using computers, spreadsheets, and inventory software.
A dependable work ethic and willingness to take responsibility when something goes wrong.
The confidence to set expectations and follow through respectfully.
A hands-on approach—you’re willing to work alongside the team.
Helpful experience: Leading a team, purchasing materials, replenishing service trucks, or working with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical parts. Familiarity with ServiceTitan or MarginPoint is a plus.
What success looks like
Inventory records match what’s on the shelf. Materials are easy to find. Trucks are stocked. Crews receive the right supplies on time. Problems are communicated early and corrected at the source.
