NetSuite Functional Consultant

Web Control is looking for an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant who can lead implementations, understand how a business works and help customers get the most from NetSuite.
You’ll work directly with customers, turning business requirements into practical solutions and guiding users through change. The role combines hands-on functional consultancy with workshop leadership, training and organised project delivery.
This is a remote role with no expectation to work from an office. Applicants must currently reside in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.
What you will do
• Lead NetSuite implementations from requirements and process design through delivery.
• Run discovery workshops and process walkthroughs to understand how customers work.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and practical NetSuite solutions.
• Guide customer decisions by explaining options clearly and deliver effective user training.
• Organise project activities, documentation, actions and priorities.
• Communicate progress, identify risks and follow through on agreed actions.
Essential requirements
• Experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant, including leading implementations.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation certification as a minimum.
• Confidence and willingness to lead workshops, process walkthroughs and training.
• Strong organisation and project management skills, with clear customer communication.
• The ability to understand business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
• Current UK residence and the right to work in the UK.
Desirable experience
NetSuite ERP Consultant certification is preferred. Manufacturing process knowledge or experience would be a bonus, but is not essential.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £50,000– £65,000 gross per annum, dependent on experience.
Location: Remote working, with occasional travel to customer sites as required.
Working Hours: Full-time position.
