Arsenault Bros. Construction Ltd. is growing, and we’re looking for skilled Carpenters to join our crew!

What You’ll Do:
Working under the direction of the Foreman and Field Supervisor, you’ll work on a variety of residential and commercial construction projects, including:
Framing and erecting walls
Installing windows, doors, and interior finishes
Setting floor trusses, subfloors, and roof trusses
Constructing decks and completing rough carpentry
Working with wood, ICF foundations, and other building materials
Measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing materials accurately
Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient job site
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you:
Have previous carpentry or construction experience
Are self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
Communicate well and work effectively with others
Can work independently and as part of a crew
Take pride in completing quality work safely and efficiently
Have your own hand tools
Hold a valid driver’s licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
Have a Grade 12 education or GED equivalent
