Associate Firmware Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities
Execute validation testing of Battery Management Systems (BMS), battery packs, PCBs, and related electronic products.
Develop and execute validation plans, test cases, and test procedures based on product requirements.
Perform functional, performance, reliability, and environmental testing to ensure product quality and compliance.
Identify, analyze, document, and report defects while working closely with Hardware and Firmware teams to resolve issues.
Operate test equipment, collect test data, and prepare detailed validation reports.
Maintain validation records, test documentation, and ensure adherence to quality standards and engineering processes.
Support continuous product improvement by providing validation feedback and technical recommendations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in Hardware Validation, Product Testing, Embedded Systems Validation, Electronics Testing, or a related domain.
Experience in Battery Management Systems (BMS), EV, Battery, Power Electronics, or Embedded Systems will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of electronics, embedded systems, and hardware validation.
Knowledge of testing methodologies, debugging, and fault analysis.
Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, CAN analyzers, and data loggers.
Basic understanding of Battery Management Systems (BMS) and lithium-ion battery technology.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
