Requirements
For Technical Trainers:
2–3 years of industry or training experience in the relevant domain.
Strong hands-on technical knowledge.
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and practically.
Experience mentoring learners through real-world projects.
For Academic Coordinator:
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage class schedules, coordinate with trainers, and monitor student progress.
Capability to handle student queries, attendance, and academic activities.
Prior experience in academic coordination, education, or training institutes is preferred.
For All Positions:
Willingness to work on-site at our head office in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver practical, industry-oriented training sessions.
Guide learners through real-world projects and industry-relevant use cases.
Mentor students and help them prepare for industry opportunities.
Coordinate academic activities, schedules, and communication between students and trainers.
Monitor student progress and ensure smooth execution of training programs.
