Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Gujarat, India. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery for infrastructure and EPC projects. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients; tracking timelines, budgets, and resources; and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role involves managing expediting activities, monitoring material deliveries and logistics, and resolving issues that may impact project schedules. The Project Manager will prepare progress reports, maintain documentation, support inspections, and drive continuous improvement in project processes.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience with expeditor and expediting functions to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
Knowledge of inspection processes and quality control standards in construction or infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in logistics management, including vendor coordination, supply chain tracking, and site delivery planning.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, contracts, and project specifications; familiarity with project management software and MS Office.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site and in cross-functional teams.
Prior experience managing EPC or infrastructure projects in India, preferably within Gujarat or similar regions, is highly beneficial.
