Post Merger Integration Manager - ERP Migration

An international company is looking for an experienced Merger Integrations Manager with strong Business Systems knowledge to lead the integration of new acquisitions and drive the migration of Systems, Data and Processes.
The company has recently acquired new subsidiaries in Europe and is looking for someone with strong PMI experience to work on the integration of the new acquisition from a Business Systems, Process and Data perspective and to lead and deliver the migration from legacy systems over to Oracle Fusion.
Responsibilities
Requirements gathering and discovery: Business process analysis and gap-fit
Define and deliver Data strategy, cutover and migration
Lead and execute cutover activities for Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion)
Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition into production
Data migration activities and validate data loads
Collaborate with integration teams to ensure end‑to‑end readiness
Troubleshoot issues during cutover and provide timely resolutions
Lead and Document processes, timelines, and cutover plans as needed
Required Skills & Experience
Excellent Project Management experience for Merger Integrations for ERP systems ideally Oracle
Hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP cutovers
Strong functional understanding of Business Systems and ERP migrations including prior Oracle ERP migration experience for key areas e.g. Financials: GL, AP, AR, FA, SCM, Procurement, HCM
Proficiency with data migration
Strong communication and coordination skills in English (further languages are a plus e.g. French, Dutch)
Location: Remote, Europe with travel onsite as needed
Type: Interim Freelance Contractor
