Roles & Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
Ensuring monthly review of portfolio & monitoring performance of SME products
Provide analysis, data, performance related reports required by the Unit manager/ Unit head
Ensuring product specific dashboards are created and maintained for the effectively circulation of the information
Track the actionable and deliver the same in timely manner
Monitoring through the door quality from risk perspective
Risk related regulatory reporting to various committees and authorities
Review and Validation of score cards for Retail lending products and continuous monitoring of same
Policies, Processes & Procedures
Ensuring the CAM logins reports are delivered in the timely manner to the stake holder
Support the underwriting team through timely and accurate delivery of reports and management information
Create a Data mart of all SME lending related parameters so that the same can be utilized for future analysis
Create Dashboards detailing the critical parameters being driven in SME lending
Develop all critical reports on MS Excel / MS Access or any other available tool so that the same can be viewed by the SME team
Enhance productivity and efficiency levels through a culture of continuous improvement and increase usage of automation to develop a robust MIS infrastructure
Risk And Internal Control Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with internal control requirements in timely manner
People Management
Manage training needs for CPA/ Support staff
Drive performance through calendarization for regular reports and data sets
Map performance vs. target and review them
