Role Description The Software Intern will contribute to the development and testing of software components that support AI, robotics, and automation projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and reviewing code, assisting in software design, working with databases, and participating in unit and integration testing activities. The intern will collaborate with engineering and research teams to implement features, troubleshoot issues, and document technical work. This is an internship role and is fully remote, allowing the intern to work closely with mentors and project leads through online collaboration tools and regular virtual meetings.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Software Design for building and structuring applications.
Candidates should possess Programming skills (e.g., Python, C/C++, Java, or similar languages) for implementing and optimizing code.
Candidates should possess skills in working with Databases, including basic data modeling and query handling.
Candidates should possess Testing skills, such as writing test cases, performing debugging, and supporting quality assurance processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to learn quickly, follow coding standards, and work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
Familiarity with AI, robotics, embedded systems, or automation concepts is a plus.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
