The Opportunity
Are you passionate about coding and enjoy teaching children? Join Codingal as an Online Coding Instructor and help young learners build essential skills through engaging, interactive classes.
What You'll Do
Teach coding to K–12 students through live online classes.
Help students build games, apps, and websites.
Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Communicate with parents about students' learning progress.
Participate in training and professional development sessions.
Who Can Apply?
A graduate in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Strong programming knowledge in at least one language, such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or Scratch.
Good English communication skills and an interest in teaching children.
A laptop or desktop with a webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection.
Previous teaching experience is an advantage.
Availability Requirements
Minimum 100 teaching hours per month.
Saturday and Sunday availability is mandatory.
Flexible weekday slots based on your availability.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Earnings: ₹35,000–₹80,000, based on teaching hours and performance.
Payout per Class: ₹200–₹375, depending on the applicable payout structure.
