Responsibilities
Lead and manage the branch team to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Drive sales performance and wealth management business growth within the branch.
Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational risk guidelines.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their professional capabilities and career progression.
Resolve customer escalations effectively and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
Proven experience in branch management or leading sales teams within the consumer banking sector.
Strong understanding of retail banking products, wealth management, and financial regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated track record of meeting business targets and driving team performance.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Relevant professional certifications in financial planning or wealth management are highly advantageous.
