The Role
You’ll be handling mandates within the Enterprise Suite, which requires you to manage a variety of diverse hiring requirements, come up with effective solutions, and close assignments.
What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and industries.
Understand client requirements and identify the right talent for each opportunity.
Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through internal databases, job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Build strong talent networks and deliver a positive client and candidate experience.
