Role mission
The position acts as the IT/Product Owner for the Azure Integration Services (AIS) Platform within
HC/BDO2. In this role, you drive the global strategy, standardization, and scaling of AIS as a key
pillar of our multi-platform integration landscape. Your mission is to deliver a secure, modern, and

you ensure optimal performance to support critical business operations and large-scale post-merger

Core responsibilities
Define and communicate the strategic roadmap for the AIS platform in alignment with our multi-platform integration strategy, and manage the product backlog by translating complex business and technical requirements into actionable agile user stories.
Collaborate closely with the Integration IT Architect, other Integration Platform Owners (e.g. SAP PI, IBM MQ, Axway), and the Databricks PO to co-design robust, secure, and high-performing data exchange patterns.
Establish platform-specific governance standards – including APIM policies, security guidelines, and reusable templates – while monitoring system performance, compliance, and cost- efficiency (FinOps) using operational KPIs.
Steer external service providers, implementation partners, and software vendors during the design, build, and run phases of integration projects.
Expected background and capabilities
Strong professional experience as an IT Product Owner, Solution Architect, or
Technical Lead for enterprise application integration or cloud-based middleware platforms.
Strong technical understanding of Microsoft Azure Integration Services (specifically API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure Functions). Experience with hybrid integration scenarios (connecting on-premises ERPs like SAP or Oracle to the cloud) is highly beneficial.
Proven track record in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and managing high-performing technical engineering teams in an international environment.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to act as a credible translator between central platform teams, business units, and external partners.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
