Role Description The AI Developer role at Zenvro Technology Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The AI Developer will design, build, and deploy AI models and applications that support digital marketing, website optimization, and AI-powered solutions for clients. Daily tasks include developing and training machine learning and neural network models, implementing NLP features for chatbots and content analysis, and integrating AI components into existing web and software systems. The role involves collaborating with marketing and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, performing data preprocessing and pattern recognition, and continuously improving model performance. The AI Developer is also expected to document code, maintain clean and scalable architectures, and stay updated on emerging AI technologies relevant to digital growth.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, with the ability to design, implement, and maintain production-ready applications.
Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including model training, evaluation, and optimization.
Practical knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) for tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and conversational interfaces.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python) and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Experience working with APIs, databases, and cloud or on-premise deployment environments for AI-driven solutions.
Ability to analyze business requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
Knowledge of digital marketing or web technologies is an advantage, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.
