Role Description The Graphic Design Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh, India. The intern will support the design team in creating visual assets for branding, publishing, packaging, and motion projects, including logos, icons, layouts, and digital graphics. Daily tasks include assisting with concept development, preparing design mockups, refining visual elements based on feedback, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role also involves basic image editing, organizing design files, collaborating with other creatives, and contributing fresh ideas to ongoing projects and internal initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate ideas into clear visual concepts.
Experience or coursework in Logo Design and Branding, including working with brand identity systems and visual guidelines.
Proficiency in Image Editing using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent software).
Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or similar tools.
Attention to detail, a strong visual sense, and the ability to follow creative direction and incorporate feedback.
Portfolio showcasing academic, freelance, or personal design projects relevant to branding and visual communication.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, collaborate with a team, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced studio environment.
