Role Description The Recruiter at Theskillwave will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a variety of roles. This full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, drafting job postings, and maintaining accurate candidate records. The Recruiter will conduct phone and in-person interviews, manage communication with candidates throughout the process, and support onboarding coordination as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities also include using recruitment tools and job boards, building talent pipelines, tracking key hiring metrics, and ensuring a fair, inclusive, and compliant recruitment process.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, with effective communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, professional networking platforms, and basic HR processes.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles and meet hiring timelines.
Commitment to fair, unbiased hiring practices and a positive candidate experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience recruiting in a fast-paced or high-growth environment is an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in Hyderabad and engaging with candidates and teams in person.
