Support ongoing updates to onboarding content and learning paths for new TA joiners, including recruiters, coordinators, sourcers, and other TA roles.
Assist with Visa University content maintenance, including organizing, updating, uploading, tracking, and supporting adoption of learning assets.
Refresh and maintain training decks, process walkthroughs, demo videos, and other learning materials as systems and processes change.
Support video content maintenance, including recording basic demos, updating walkthroughs, managing video versions, and archiving outdated materials.
Maintain SharePoint sites, knowledge repositories, document libraries, content trackers, version-control logs, and change documentation.
Meet regularly with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across TA Enablement, TA Operations, HRIS, regional TA teams, and process owners to validate needs, confirm content accuracy, and align on rollout plans.
Partner with stakeholders to understand process changes, translate them into training and communication materials, and support consistent adoption across TA teams.
Help drive behavior change by reinforcing standard processes, tool usage, documentation expectations, and new ways of working.
Track content update requests and enablement activities from intake through completion, ensuring timelines, dependencies, stakeholder inputs, and follow-ups are managed effectively.
Identify outdated, duplicate, or inconsistent content and recommend updates, consolidation, or retirement.
Support basic reporting on training attendance, content updates, onboarding completion, learning asset status, feedback themes, and adoption indicators.
Use AI tools where appropriate to support documentation drafts, content refreshes, training summaries, job aids, FAQs, learning scripts, reinforcement messages, and knowledge management updates.
