What You'll Be Doing
You'll act as a functional expert across Oracle HCM Cloud, helping clients maximise the value of their investment and providing guidance on best practice, configuration, and process optimisation.
You'll:
Provide functional consultancy and support across Oracle HCM Cloud environments
Advise clients on solutions, configuration improvements, and process enhancements
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and become their go-to Oracle expert
Support Oracle Cloud release management and adoption of new functionality
Deliver workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and user guidance
Contribute to service improvements and continuous optimisation initiatives
Support pre-sales activities and client demonstrations where required
Share knowledge and mentor colleagues across the wider Oracle practice

Essential
You will have:
Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience
Strong functional expertise in:
Core HR
Talent
HR Helpdesk
Experience gathering and translating business requirements into practical Oracle solutions
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider team
Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (minimum three years UK residency)
Desirable
Oracle HCM Cloud certifications
Experience within managed services or application support environments
Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service delivery best practices
