Role Description This part-time remote Client-Side Developer role focuses on building and enhancing user interfaces for web applications. Day-to-day tasks include implementing responsive layouts, optimizing performance on the client side, and collaborating on front-end architecture for new and existing projects. The role involves translating design mockups into clean, maintainable code, integrating APIs, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The Client-Side Developer will also participate in code reviews, follow best practices for version control, and work closely with other developers and stakeholders to deliver user-friendly experiences.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design to create modern, accessible, and device-independent interfaces.
Candidates should possess skills in Web Development and Software Development to implement, test, and maintain robust client-side functionality.
Candidates should possess skills in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) to write modular, reusable, and maintainable code.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Vue, or Angular) is highly beneficial.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows is preferred.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently in a remote setting are required.
Prior experience in part-time or freelance front-end roles and a portfolio demonstrating relevant client-side projects is an advantage.
