Sound judgment, professional integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables, meet deadlines, and raise concerns appropriately.
A collaborative mindset and an interest in learning the company’s business and the insurance industry.
Preferred Capabilities
Familiarity with audit collaboration platforms, SharePoint, Teams, or governance, risk, and compliance tools.
Proficiency in data analytics and experience using artificial intelligence tools to improve efficiency or generate insights.
Interest in continuous improvement, process automation, and emerging audit technologies.
