⁩About Biscato Food Industries Biscato Food Industries is a leading Egyptian company in the food manufacturing sector, boasting over 50 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. We are seeking a "Sales Supervisor" to join our sales team and manage sales operations in the governorates of Beni Suef, Mansoura, and Faiyum. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and guide the sales team within the assigned geographical territory. * Achieve sales targets and drive sustainable sales growth. * Monitor daily sales performance, distribution operations, and market coverage. * Ensure the effective execution of sales plans, promotional offers, and company initiatives. * Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent market coverage. * Oversee the performance of sales representatives and provide them with coaching and guidance. * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and available business opportunities. * Ensure the proper implementation of the company’s sales policies and procedures. * Prepare periodic sales reports and provide insights to management. * Identify opportunities to expand distribution and increase market penetration. Requirements * 2 to 4 years of experience in a "Sales Supervisor" role, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. * Strong knowledge of the market in Beni Suef Governorate and its surrounding areas. * Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing teams. * Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work toward defined objectives, with solid analytical and reporting skills. * A bachelor’s degree is preferred. * A valid driver’s license is preferred. * For male applicants, completion of military service or an official exemption is required.
