Sales Representative

About the role
We’re looking for confident, motivated people to join our remote sales team. You’ll sell our digital products and services to potential customers across Pakistan through outbound calls. If you like talking to people and you want your income to depend on your own effort, this is for you.
What you’ll do
You’ll make 100+ outbound calls a day and explain our products and services to business owners and decision makers. You’ll qualify leads, follow up, handle questions and objections, and negotiate deals. You’ll also book meetings and demos with our internal team, keep your calls, follow ups and sales updated in our CRM, and work toward your daily, weekly and monthly targets. Repeat customers and referrals are a big part of growing your earnings.
What you need
A laptop and a reliable internet connection are a must. You’ll be working from home, so you need to arrange both yourself. Beyond that, we want good Urdu and English, a confident and convincing way of speaking, and decent negotiation skills. Sales or telesales experience is a plus but not required. You should be self motivated, comfortable making a lot of calls every day, and okay with a fully commission based setup. Basic CRM knowledge helps, and we’ll train you on the rest.
Pay
This is a 100% commission job. There is no fixed salary or stipend. You earn a commission on every successful sale, and there’s no cap on what you can make. We’ll explain the full commission structure in the interview.
