We are looking for an experienced Staffing Expert to join our remote team. As a Staffing Expert, you'll play a critical role in identifying and securing top talent for every internal role in our company by conducting thorough interviews and evaluations. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment practices, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
Finalize candidate selection after thorough reviews by the recruitment assistance team.
Conduct comprehensive screening calls with shortlisted candidates.
Lead detailed interviews to assess candidates' technical and behavioral fit.
Evaluate candidates' technical skills through tailored assessments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine candidate suitability and final candidate selection.
Draft and present compelling offers to successful candidates.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Manage multiple roles simultaneously while ensuring quality.
Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
Track recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
Communicate promptly and clearly with candidates throughout the process.
Qualifications
Minimum of one year’s experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-volume recruitment agency.
Fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to switch seamlessly between both.
Exceptional interpersonal and social skills, with an empathetic approach to candidates.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with clarity and confidence.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every step of the recruitment process.
Urgency in completing tasks with speed while maintaining precision.
Adaptability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and tasks.
Decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently without direction.
